When it comes to choosing what to wear on a daily basis I usually go for a pretty simple and understated look. Lately I am really crushing on the straight line bodysuit. You will have seen these day to day leotards in a range of colours, fabrics and patterns all over. From long sleeve to spaghetti straps bodysuits are a piece to add to your wardrobe that can be worn all year round. I can vouch for this as I bought this one from Kookai in 3 different colours (oops)! So here are my top 3 ways to wear them!

When wearing a body suit they key is to keep the outfit simple and let ‘it’ do the talking. I love the way the straight lined suits are sleek and fitted to your sihloette accentuating necklines. They are an extremely versatile piece as you can wear them on their own as a statement piece or under a jacket as a simple yet casual top to complete the look.

Finding high-waisted bottoms is really easy these days and pairs perfectly with a body suit. I tend to stick with pants or jeans to keep the look casual however wearing it with a denim skirt would give the look a more feminine feel. On this note, I highly recommend the Topshop high-waisted jeans featured in this look. They are the best stretch denim and have a very decent price point from around $90-$100!

Its important to accessorise the body suit right! Depending if you want to feature it like I have, I would stick to very simple jewellery. A pair of simple gold or silver earrings and sunglasses are a great addition to complete the outfit!
